does my credit card get charged?
All credit card orders are charged at time of purchase.
How much
is shipping?
To calculate shipping, add the items that you wish to purchase
to your cart and press "checkout". Shipping is based on a "%"
of total order, You will see the shipping calculation before
payment information is entered.
Do you charge
sales tax?
Yes, we collect sales tax for the state of State of California
only.
What
about assembly?
Some of our furniture is assembled, but most of it is quick
and easy to assemble. All parts including tools, screws, nuts
and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with
instructions. Easy to follow instructions are included with
those items needing assembly. Typical tools that you may need
include a hammer, adjustable wrench and screw drivers (Phillips
head or flat head).
How will
my furniture ship?
Local Truck
Deliveries (within 20 miles of 92861 not always
available at time of purchase)
All local delivery's include the item to be setup in customers
home, we remove all trash and place merchandise in desired
room. For upstairs delivery a additional fee will be charged,
please note upstairs delivery at time of check out.
Freight
Shippments
Freight Service Delivery's are curb side delivery only, please
have someone at the location to inspect the item before delivery.
There are additional charges for in home delivery and such
arrangements can be made, please contact us for quote.
In Home Delivery
Option?
With this option your
order will be placed into the first room of your dewling,
this does not include, setup, un packing, or removable of
packing materials, removal of old merchandise.
Fed Ex/DHL/UPS Deliveries
When possible, your package will ship via Fed Ex/DHL/UPS;
doorstep service is usually available. These services
will not notify you prior to delivery. These
items will not be placed into your home and are delivered
usually to your doorstep only.
If you ordered a heavy/bulky item outside of our local
delivery, make sure you have someone who can help with this.
Deliveries are to ground floors only curb side delivery. A
signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier
deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment
by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company,
however it is not guaranteed.
Shipping Surcharge
- Additional
delivery fees may be required if you are located outside
of a regular delivery service area (very rural areas, dirt
roads not accessible by freight trucks). If you are located
outside of the regular delivery service area you will be
notified by email of additional delivery charges before
your order is shipped (This is not calculated at checkout we will contact you should there
be additional charges)
- Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an
additional fee to be paid (This is not calculated at checkout
we will contact you should there be additional charges)
- Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of
the US.
If a furniture carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier
will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries
are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable
to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment
time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery.
If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable
storage fees will be due and payable upon delivery.
**Please inspect the merchandise
thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure, all
damaged must be claimed at this time with freight carrier.**
Delivery Time?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of our in stock items,
you will be notified should there be any issue with your order
if it does not fall into our delivery time frame. We try very
hard to meet our 2 week deadline, please understand some larger
items take longer to ship, should you have any questions about
your shipment please contact us.
For items outside
of our local delivery please allow a few extra weeks in some
cases for large bulky items.
Can
you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons are
too large. You may want to ship to a friend or relative who
can then forward your shipment.
What Is
Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products
you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality
furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the
manufacturer's warranty.
Who Handles Customer
Service?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture
in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we
will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually
handles part replacements, etc. that we can provide upon request.
We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
What if My
Shipment Arrives Damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment,
please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork
you sign and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery.
If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse
the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for
a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will
take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event
a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment
is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the
return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will
cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
We require that all damage claims must be verfied
by sending a digital image of the damage to info@shipyoufurinture.com,
without images we are not able to verify if damage has occured
to your item and can not proccess a claim to get a replacement
or refund to you. Please let us know should there
be any issues when filing your damaged claim with sending
digital images so we can remedy the situation.
What is the
Cancellation Policy?
Customer has 48 hours to cancel an order once it is placed,
excluding weekends. If we are able to cancel your order before
it is produced and/or shipped, there is not a charge for the
cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be
responsible for all inbound and outbound
shipping charges and a 25% restocking charge. These charges
will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance.

What is the
Return Policy?
Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible
for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced.
Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 25%
re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund for all
furniture. Please be careful when ordering your furniture
and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the
right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space
you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns
for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original
un-opened packaging and all items must be in NEW re sellable
condition. Items will not be authorized for return after 2
days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded
once we receive the returned item(s). Because we ordered the
piece for you from our manufacturers and cannot return it
to the manufacturer, we must charge you a fee equal to 25%
of the total order price to help defer the product cost.
